Innovation isn't a personality type. It's a practice
Bring back curiosity, critical thinking, and creative problem solving.
Skills your team walks away with.
Challenge what’s assumed and explore what’s actually possible.
Program
that build this skill.
The most-run innovation workshop in the world. Teams learn to think like their most dangerous competitor to future-proof their business.
Ignite Disruptive Thinking
Who this is for: Teams stuck in “the way we’ve always done it” who need a practical way to break out of old patterns.
This highly interactive session teaches participants how to ignite disruptive thinking in the workplace and beyond. Using a tool called Assumption Reversal, learners gain a practical strategy to overcome lack of imagination and challenge existing norms. Participants warm up with a low-stakes, hypothetical example to build confidence, then work in groups to apply the tool to a relevant work scenario. Building on feedback from team members and facilitators, learners leave with dozens of new possibilities to break out of self-imposed constraints and bring innovative ideas to fruition.
- Enhanced creative problem-solving skills
- Escape from the mentality of “that’s how we’ve always done it”
- Generation of innovative alternatives to workplace challenges

Embrace New Ideas
Who this is for: Teams that shut down early-stage ideas before they get the oxygen they need to grow.
Great ideas often get shut down too early. This session gives teams a powerful, structured approach to build on early-stage ideas and turn potential into momentum. Using the PPCO method (Plusses, Potentials, Concerns, and Overcoming Concerns), participants learn how to develop and strengthen new concepts instead of judging or discarding them too quickly. After quick exercises to learn the framework, groups apply PPCO to real innovation challenges — exploring what’s working, what could work, and how to navigate concerns to generate stronger, more resilient ideas with broader buy-in.
- A mindset shift from critiquing ideas to expanding them
- Greater team alignment and support for new thinking
- Practical next steps for taking ideas from raw to ready
The Power of Curiosity
Who this is for: Teams and leaders rewarded for having answers who’ve lost the art of asking great questions.
Between the ages of 3 and 5, children ask as many as 75 questions per hour — by age 11, that number drops to nearly zero. In this session, learners rediscover their own curiosity and practice using it to uncover new information. Participants warm up by experiencing the immediate benefits of asking better questions, then learn a specific tool to build the skill: Ask Killer Questions. Applying four principles in a collaborative question-storming session, participants leave with dozens of killer questions designed to boost their team’s success.
- A curious mindset that cultivates strategic inquiry and widens the pool of growth opportunities
- Ability to generate more productive and impactful questions
- 50+ “outside of the box” questions to bring back to the business
Reinvent Offerings
Who this is for: Teams ready to create new revenue and growth from existing products, services, and IP.
In this collaborative workshop, participants learn to use TRIZ — a proven problem-solving and innovation methodology used by companies around the world — to identify 40 different strategies for reinventing the way business is done. After exploring relevant examples from adjacent business scenarios, facilitators guide participants through small-group strategy sessions applying TRIZ to their own products and services. Participants work together to generate creative solutions and leave with dozens of new ideas to breathe fresh life into existing offerings.
- Dozens of new ideas to create opportunities from existing IP
- Improved agility and change-readiness
- Enhanced creative problem-solving and awareness of customer needs
Explore Unmet Needs
Who this is for: Teams that want to uncover hidden customer needs — and meet them before the competition does.
This workshop guides learners through better understanding customer needs, then exploring creative ways to meet them. Facilitators lead an impactful discussion on the business costs of ignoring — and the benefits of meeting — varied customer needs, sharing examples of businesses that have taken innovative approaches. Then, using a tool called Discovery Compass, participants investigate eight non-traditional approaches to developing products and services that unearth revenue-generating opportunities for the future.
- Ability to uncover blatant and latent customer needs with a fresh perspective
- Identification of untapped opportunities for innovation and growth
- Eight non-traditional approaches to developing revenue-generating products and services
Shatter Business Barriers
Who this is for: Teams blocked by “impossible” challenges, limiting assumptions, and self-imposed constraints
How often are the barriers we face self-imposed — or based on incorrect assumptions? This workshop guides learners through overcoming perceived obstacles using a tool called Impossible to Possible. Working individually, learners identify work situations that feel impossible, surface the assumptions underneath them, and state their ideal resolution through an “I wish” statement. Then, working with partners and guided through the power of upshifting and cognitive distance, learners generate creative solutions to their “impossible” situations — leaving with new solutions, stronger collaborative relationships, and a tool to keep breaking down barriers.
- Increased resourcefulness in the face of constraints
- A culture of collaborative problem-solving
- Improved awareness of assumptions and self-imposed limitations
Storytelling With Data
Who this is for: Anyone whose presentations get lost in bullet points and “number soup.”
This workshop helps participants uncover the stories within their data and turn them into clear, memorable messages that resonate. By focusing on audience needs and context, learners simplify complexity and communicate with impact. Blending storytelling with visual communication, participants build stronger structure, refine key points, and use visuals, metaphors, and analogies to bring data to life. The result: presentations that feel less like reports and more like stories — delivered with greater confidence, stronger engagement, and the power to turn data into decisions.
- Ability to transform raw data into engaging narratives with a clear beginning, middle, and end
- Tools to translate numbers into impactful visuals, metaphors, and analogies
- Strategies for crafting hooks and messages that resonate with audiences
Enterprise Thinking
Who this is for: Leaders ready to move beyond siloed decision-making and lead with an organization-wide perspective.
This interactive workshop helps leaders strengthen their ability to think and act at the enterprise level while balancing functional priorities with system-wide impact. Participants explore how decisions within one team create ripple effects across operations, customer experience, and long-term outcomes. Using FutureThink’s Within / Adjacent / Beyond framework, learners practice identifying cross-functional dependencies, anticipating downstream consequences, and making more informed strategic decisions — leaving with practical tools and language they can immediately apply to strategic initiatives and cross-functional conversations. This workshop helps participants uncover the stories within their data and turn them into clear, memorable messages that resonate.
